Children Under the Age of 16

Our Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information to or on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

The information we collect varies depending on whether you use our services as an independent sales representative (“Sales Representative”) or as a partner (“Partner”) who contracts with Pangea Health for placement of Sales Representatives. 

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including information:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information");
  • That is about you but individually does not identify you; and
  • About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services, and usage details.

We may collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.
  • Automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

Information You Provide to Us  

The information we collect on or through our Services may include:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Services. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Services or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Services. 
  • For Partners: We may ask for your work email, name, company address, company name, phone number, details about the products/services you sell, and marketing collateral for the purposes of approved in-app use and physical distribution to providers. We will also collect your business’ financial information to facilitate billing.
  • For Sales Representatives: We may ask for your email address, name, mailing and/or physical address, phone number, government identification numbers, date of birth, photograph, and information about your professional background, including via background checks. This background information may include your Social Security number, tax information, employment history, and health information (such as your ability to perform certain physical tasks required of your work). To receive payments, we or our vendors will also collect your financial information (such as your bank account routing numbers) to facilitate payments to you. We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our Services, but we may receive information associated with your financial information (e.g., your billing details). We will also collect information related to the sales calls you make on behalf of our Partners, which you will log in the Services.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies  

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to our websites and applications that comprise the Services, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Services.
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

The information we collect automatically does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Services according to your individual interests.

Pages of our the Services and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Pangea Health, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity). 

We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or you provide to us.


How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

  • To present our Services and its contents to you.
  • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
  • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
  • To notify you about changes to our Services or any products or services we offer or provide through it.
  • To tailor and provide you with content and advertisements. We may provide you with these materials as permitted by applicable law. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: 

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications.

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us by following the instructions in the text message you have received from us or by otherwise contacting us.

We may send you push notifications through our mobile application. You may opt out from receiving these push notifications by changing the settings on your mobile device. With your consent, we may also collect precise location-based information via our mobile application. You may opt out of this collection by changing the settings on your mobile device.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.
